- Sports equipment or fitness gear that has been used or damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this number along with the returned product.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note:
- Refund Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if your return is due to your change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
